Following utilisation of the spares the modules are returned and screened at the Technical Assistance Center (TAC). Failure analysis reports are generated and the equipment is repaired or replaced ensuring inventory levels are maintained.
Advance Module Replacement Service
Horsebridge have developed our Advance Module Replacement (AMR) services for our customers to ensure the fast replacement of failed equipment.
Horsebridge maintains a high level of spare parts inventory to support our customer installed base of equipment.
We ensure that a maximum spares inventory to support our customer communication networks are held and maintained to provide high availability for all critical installations.

We have a dedicated support service which can provide technical support up to 24 hours a day, 365 days a year from Horsebridge's Technical Assistance Center (TAC).
This provides you with an immediate interface to Horsebridge's experienced, technical experts, mobilisation of on site support engineers and despatch of spares
Spares Delivery, Recovery and Tracking
The key to both our Spares management and Advance Module replacement services is the ability to rapidly deploy equipment to ensure fast replacement of failed equipment.
In order to achieve this Horsebridge have developed a network of agreements with local, national and international couriers to ensure that equipment deliveries can be achieved within defined timescales.
In the majority of instances delivery is undertaken overnight satisfying our client requirements or achieved the same day where required.
